Integrations › Zoho Books

Every paid invoice in Zoho Books becomes a review request.

Connect Zoho Books and every invoice that becomes Paid turns into a Google review request, texted from your own local number. Works for any business that invoices customers, on every Zoho Books plan, the free one included.

What you need

Your Zoho login. Zurvia never changes your books.

How to connect

  1. In Zurvia, open CRM Connect and click Connect Zoho Books.
  2. Sign in to Zoho and click Accept.
  3. Zurvia reads invoices, payments and contacts in your default organization, and never changes your books.

What triggers a request

An invoice whose status becomes Paid. Partially paid invoices wait.
Zurvia checks every 10 minutes. Only invoices paid after you connect count, each one once.
Texts go to the primary contact person's mobile in Zoho Books, then their phone, then the contact's own numbers; otherwise email.
Repeat customers are asked again only after your "don't ask again" window.

Every request follows your location's rules: business hours, one reminder at most, the "don't ask again" window for repeat customers, and texting only once your number is approved (emails go out in the meantime).

What Zurvia reads

Read-only, and only what it needs.

Invoices and payments: whether an invoice is paid, and when.
Contacts: the contact and its contact persons: name, mobile, phone, email. That's who gets asked.
Never written: Zurvia doesn't create, change or delete anything in Zoho Books.
