Integrations › Pool Brain

Every completed stop in Pool Brain becomes a review request.

Paste your Pool Brain Open API key and every route stop or one-time job your techs complete turns into a Google review request. Weekly customers are only asked as often as you allow.

What you need

A Pool Brain Open API key (ask Pool Brain for API access; it's an add-on on their side).

How to connect

  1. Ask Pool Brain for Open API access: message them in the app or email team@poolbrain.com. They send you an Open API key.
  2. In Zurvia, open CRM Connect › Pool Brain, paste the key and click Connect. Zurvia reads route stops, one-time jobs and customers; it never changes anything in Pool Brain.
  3. If Pool Brain's own feedback texts are on, turn them off so customers aren't asked twice.

What triggers a request

A route stop marked Completed, or a one-time job that's completed (or closed after time on site).
No Access stops and unstarted jobs are skipped.
Zurvia checks every 10 minutes. Only stops completed after you connect count, each one once.
Texts go to the customer's primary contact phone; otherwise the account phone, otherwise email.
Weekly customers are asked again only after your "don't ask again" window.

Every request follows your location's rules: business hours, one reminder at most, the "don't ask again" window for repeat customers, and texting only once your number is approved (emails go out in the meantime).
