Any app on Zapier can ask for the review.
If your software isn't on this list but it's on Zapier, a Zap can send Zurvia every finished job. Connect the Zurvia Reviews app with an API key, pick your software's "job done" trigger, and the customer gets a text from your own local number with your Google review link. No developer needed.
What you need
A Zapier account and your Zurvia API key, which Zurvia creates for you under CRM Connect › Zapier. Nothing to buy from Zapier beyond the plan you already have.
How to connect
- In Zurvia, open CRM Connect › Zapier and click Create a key for Zapier. Copy the key.
- Open the Zurvia Reviews app on Zapier and accept the invite.
- Make a Zap: the trigger is your software's "job done" moment (a pipeline stage, a closed job, a paid invoice, a new row). The action is Zurvia Reviews › Create Review Request. Paste the key when Zapier asks for it, and map the customer's name, mobile, email and the job number.
What triggers a request
Every request follows your location's rules: business hours, one reminder at most, the "don't ask again" window for repeat customers, and texting only once your number is approved (emails go out in the meantime).
Read-only, and only what it needs.
What people ask before connecting.
Which apps work?
Anything with a Zapier trigger that fires when a job is finished: HighLevel pipeline stages, Housecall Pro job completed, Salesforce and HubSpot deal stages, a new Google Sheets row, and thousands more. If your software has its own Zurvia connection on this page, use that instead; it needs no Zap at all.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
Only what the Zap itself needs. A one-step Zap from your software to Zurvia runs on Zapier's free plan; multi-step Zaps need a paid one.
Is the Zurvia app in Zapier's directory?
It's being listed. Until it appears, the invite link above adds it to your Zapier account in one click, and it works the same way.
