Integrations › Workiz

Every closed job in Workiz becomes a review request.

No API access to buy. A Workiz automation posts each closed job to Zurvia, and your customer gets a text from your own local number with your Google review link. Automations are on every Workiz plan.

What you need

A Workiz automation (Settings › Automations) that posts closed jobs to your Zurvia address. Nothing to buy from Workiz.

How to connect

  1. In Zurvia, open CRM Connect › Workiz and click Create my Workiz address. Copy the address.
  2. In Workiz, open Settings › Automations, create an automation with the trigger job status changed to Done and the action Post webhook. Paste the address and include the client's name, phone, email and job number.
  3. Close one job. It shows up in Zurvia within seconds with the name, phone and email read from it.

What triggers a request

Every job you close in Workiz. Workiz calls Zurvia the moment it happens. The same job twice is asked once.
Texts go to the client's phone on the job; otherwise email.
Repeat customers are asked again only after your "don't ask again" window.

Every request follows your location's rules: business hours, one reminder at most, the "don't ask again" window for repeat customers, and texting only once your number is approved (emails go out in the meantime).

What Zurvia reads

Read-only, and only what it needs.

What Workiz sends: the client's name, phone, email and the job number, from the automation you set up. Zurvia reads nothing else.
Never written: Zurvia doesn't change anything in Workiz.
Workiz questions

What people ask before connecting.

Do I need Workiz's Open API or Zapier?

No. Those are on Workiz's Ultimate plan; automations with a "post webhook" action are on every plan, and that's all Zurvia needs.

What if Zurvia reads the wrong fields?

After your first closed job, Zurvia shows what it read. If the name, phone or email landed in the wrong place, pick the right fields once under CRM Connect › Webhooks.
