Integrations › Shopmonkey
Every paid invoice in Shopmonkey becomes a review request.
Paste a Shopmonkey API key and Zurvia sets up its own webhook, so the moment an invoice is paid in full (or marked complete) Zurvia schedules that customer's Google review request.
What you need
A Shopmonkey API key from Settings › Integration › API Keys (admins only; included on every plan).
How to connect
- In Shopmonkey, open Settings › Integration › API Keys and click Create API Key. Copy it; it's shown once.
- In Zurvia, open CRM Connect › Shopmonkey, paste the key and click Connect. Zurvia reads orders and customers and registers one webhook; it never changes anything in Shopmonkey.
- If the card says the webhook needs setting up by hand, add it under Shopmonkey's Settings › Webhooks with the address and secret shown.
What triggers a request
An invoice that's paid in full, or an invoice marked complete. Estimates and open repair orders don't count.
Shopmonkey tells Zurvia the moment it happens; Zurvia also checks the latest orders every 10 minutes. Each order is asked once.
Texts go to the customer's mobile number; landlines are skipped. Customers who opted out of texts, and unsubscribed emails, are left alone.
Only orders finished after you connect count. Deleted orders are ignored.
Every request follows your location's rules: business hours, one reminder at most, the "don't ask again" window for repeat customers, and texting only once your number is approved (emails go out in the meantime).
