Every completed Square payment becomes a review request.

Connect Square and every completed payment with a customer attached, and every paid Square invoice, turns into a Google review request, texted from your own local number. Square Appointments, Square Invoices, Square POS: any Square seller.

What you need

Your Square login. Zurvia never charges anyone or changes anything in Square.

How to connect

  1. In Zurvia, open CRM Connect and click Connect Square.
  2. Sign in to Square and click Allow.
  3. Zurvia reads payments, invoices and customers, and never charges anyone or changes anything.

What triggers a request

A completed payment with a customer attached, or a Square invoice marked paid.
Walk-in sales with no customer on them can't be asked. Square Appointments bookings and Square invoices always have one.
Square tells Zurvia the moment it happens; Zurvia also checks every 10 minutes. Only payments after you connect count, each one once.
Texts go to the customer's phone number in Square; otherwise email.
Repeat customers are asked again only after your "don't ask again" window.

Every request follows your location's rules: business hours, one reminder at most, the "don't ask again" window for repeat customers, and texting only once your number is approved (emails go out in the meantime).

What Zurvia reads

Read-only, and only what it needs.

Payments and invoices: whether they're completed or paid, and which customer they belong to.
Customers: name, phone number, email. That's who gets asked.
Never written: Zurvia doesn't charge, refund, create or change anything in Square.
Square questions

What people ask before connecting.

We use Square Appointments. Does the booking trigger the request?

The payment does: once the appointment is paid, the customer is asked. Bookings always carry the customer, so nobody is missed.

What about walk-in sales?

A sale with no customer on it has nobody to text. Add the customer to the sale in Square (or collect their number at checkout) and they'll be asked.

Which phone number gets the text?

The phone number on the customer's Square profile. If there isn't one, they get an email.
