Integrations › ServiceMinder

Every completed appointment in ServiceMinder becomes a review request.

A ServiceMinder drip posts each completed appointment to Zurvia, and your customer gets a text from your own local number with your Google review link. No API access needed.

What you need

A ServiceMinder drip (Drips › Triggers) with a JSON POST action pointed at your Zurvia address.

How to connect

  1. In Zurvia, open CRM Connect › ServiceMinder and click Create my ServiceMinder address. Copy the address.
  2. In ServiceMinder, open Drips › Triggers › Add. Trigger On: Appointment Completed. Action: JSON POST, with the address as the Url and the contact's name, email and phone in the payload.
  3. Complete one appointment. It shows up in Zurvia within seconds.

What triggers a request

Every appointment completed in ServiceMinder (or every invoice paid, if that's the trigger you pick). ServiceMinder calls Zurvia the moment it happens.
Texts go to the contact's phone; otherwise email.
Repeat customers are asked again only after your "don't ask again" window.

Every request follows your location's rules: business hours, one reminder at most, the "don't ask again" window for repeat customers, and texting only once your number is approved (emails go out in the meantime).

What Zurvia reads

Read-only, and only what it needs.

What ServiceMinder sends: the contact's name, email and phone from the drip you set up. Zurvia reads nothing else.
Never written: Zurvia doesn't change anything in ServiceMinder.
ServiceMinder questions

What people ask before connecting.

We're a franchise. Can our brand set this up for every location?

Yes, if the brand manages drips centrally. Each location still gets its own Zurvia address, texting number and settings.

Are drips extra?

On some ServiceMinder plans drips may be an added charge. Check with your brand or ServiceMinder.
