Connect QuickBooks Online and every invoice paid in full, or every sales receipt, turns into a Google review request. Works for any business that invoices customers, whatever the trade.
What you need
An Intuit login for the QuickBooks Online company.
How to connect
- In Zurvia, open CRM Connect and click Connect QuickBooks.
- Sign in to Intuit and pick the company.
- Click Connect on Intuit's screen. Zurvia reads customers, invoices, payments and sales receipts, and never changes your books.
What triggers a request
An invoice paid in full, or a sales receipt (paid at the time of service).
Partial payments and deposits wait until the invoice is paid off.
Intuit tells Zurvia about payments as they happen; Zurvia also checks every 10 minutes. Only payments after you connect count, each one once.
Texts go to the customer's Mobile number in QuickBooks; otherwise their main phone, otherwise email.
Every request follows your location's rules: business hours, one reminder at most, the "don't ask again" window for repeat customers, and texting only once your number is approved (emails go out in the meantime).
